Your primary purpose is to train, monitor, and support clinical staff within virtual service delivery, ensuring their practice aligns with RAQ’s mission, values, and ethical standards. This position involves comprehensive clinical supervision—including skill development, competency-based feedback, evaluation, and administrative oversight—while fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.Additionally, you will:Provide accountable, competent, and effective clinical supervision to   clinical employees, particularly within our Virtual Services in line with RAQ’s supervision policy and procedures.Supervise new or transitioning clinical employees during probation, supporting them to deliver evidence-based, client-centred, and efficient practice.Collaborate with managers to ensure all clinical work adheres to RAQ’s mission, ethics, policies, and procedures.Review the quality of clinical work across RAQ programs, including direct observation and client file audits.Deliver timely, constructive feedback to supervisees, highlighting strengths, development areas, and professional growth opportunities.Fulfil duty of care responsibilities as outlined in RAQ policies and procedures, and promote the organisation’s mission, values, and ethics throughout your work.About youYou are an experienced clinical leader with a passion for mentoring and developing practitioners to deliver safe, high-quality client care in a virtual environment.
